How to get support for Sitel2020 issues?
Effective Jan 1, 2016 Sitel2020 team will stop responding to emails that are sent to 2020@sitel.com for support / maintenance / access issues related to Sitel2020. As our user base grows larger, we needed a more effective and streamlined approach to maintaining an Enterprise system as large and critical as this. As a result, we will be switching over to IT SMC ticketing tool available internally within Sitel.
Our support team will continue to provide the same service as before. Their effectiveness will be better and we will get a good tracking mechanism of all these requests, when we switch to this method.
1. Go to http://itsmc.nac.sitel-world.net/SMC/
2. Create a new request

3. Pick “iCOACH” as the “Application” for support requests

4. Enter your issue / request description

5. Save the request

6. Watch for email updates from “IT Service Management Center itsmc@sitel.com” as we progress with your support request.
